The ministry of AFE was recently confronted with a very difficult and complicated issue. Due to many recent changes that are being made in education here in Honduras, we were going to lose the ability to continue teaching our 10th and 11th grade students.
None of the changes that were being implemented by the Minister of Education were bad, but it was going to force us to seek alternative opportunities for many of our students.
While we had no idea how the issue was going to be resolved (or even if it would be resolved) we continue to have faith that God was going to keep the school
I met God at AFE. I am a totally different person now than I was five years ago. I have graduated high school and am now studying to be a doctor at a university. The rest of my family is still in the garbage dump.
